Mini vathal raagi is made of raagi flour, green chillis, sago, salt and asafoetida. We grind the green chillis into fine paste and then mix it with the raagi batter. The batter is then steamed to the desired size and shape and it is sun dried to create the perfect homemade raagi mini vathal. This is a perfect accompliment for your kids lunch box.
