Mini vathal beetroot is made of rice flour, beetroot, green chillis, salt and asafoetida. We grind the beetroot, green chillis into fine paste and then mix it with the rice batter. The batter is then steamed to the desired size and shape and it is sun dried to create the perfect homemade beetroot mini vathal. This is a perfect accompliment for your kids lunch box.
